I met Hugh Nguyen a couple of times. From our brief conversations and doing a little homework, I have learned that the man has the experience and drive to clean up Daly’s mess and bring the OC Clerk-Recorder’s Office in line with other modern recorders in California.
There are many, me included, who rely on recorders for our livelihood. OC is way behind the curve. If you ever have the opportunity, I suggest you talk to him and hear his ideas for the future.

Tom Daly is a career politician. He is wasting taxpayers money and giving out jobs and contracts to his friends and supporters.
