School Board HD
OK, so our first foray into school board broadcasting was a little underwhelming. Low quality video, barely audible audio. It was better than nothing, but not really good enough for us.
So FFFF raised the bar a little bit. Here is this week’s meeting presented in glorious high-definition 720p with Dolby digital surround sound. The whole enchilada. Enjoy.

Unfortunately FSD employees sitting behind the Great Firewall still won’t be able to watch their own board meetings. Oh well.
We’ll keep all of the recordings here under the “Archives” menu above. Click the “Fullerton School District Recordings” link for the list.
That might be overkill. I think I can see Chris Thompson’s boogers.
The camera needs an operator. I want to see some close-ups.
This is a great addition to FFFF. Kudos to all you guys!
Congratulations! This is real public service.
Thanks to you for upgrading the broadcast quality and for everyone who endeavored, persevered and finally succeeded in getting these public meetings televised.
Why does the Superintendent sit right in the middle of the board members?
Because he runs the show. Board members are just along for the ride.
This is why we’ve never had school board meetings videotaped. People start asking questions. We can’t have that now, can we?
“Why does the Superintendent sit right in the middle of the board members?” Because the school board members need to be guided every step of the way and it’s easier to pull strings from the middle than from the outside.
The only people on the dais should the elected officials. There is absolutely no need for the Superintendent and other bureaucrats there. They can sit in the audience like everyone else and take direction from the Board Members who are elected by the people PERIOD!
How were you able to upload such a huge file to YouTube?
I thought they had a 15 minute limit? Or do they give exemptions to civil servants?
Jefferson, YouTube must be enjoying our cinematic contributions because they gave us “partner status,” whatever that means.
