Just in case you missed it (which is entirely understandable since almost nobody goes to this pathetic website) the anti-recallers are suddenly concerned about the rights of the cops that murdered Kelly Thomas. Previously these pustules have been crying crocodile tears over the exploitation of a schizophrenic homeless man. Not any more. Now it seems they are suddenly concerned about the rights of killer cops and are using this to defend their do-nothing Three Blind Mice.
Notice how these degenerates describe the cold-blooded murder as “The Kelly Thomas matter.” To them it’s just a “matter.” Well, to us it’s a murder.
They pretend that they are oh, so concerned about big settlements like the one payed out to the crooked George Jaramillo, but how come they aren’t concerned at all about Pat McKinley hiring murderers, thieves, drug addicts, pick-pockets, perjurers, thugs and perverts in the first place; or by Don Bankhead and Dick Jones looking the other way as a Culture of Corruption took root in the FPD, and allowed McKinley’s personally selected goons to run roughshod over the rights of free citizens?
And how come these hypocritical cankers haven’t said a single word about the $350,000 settlement to victims of Albert Rincon, the sex pervert that Pat McKinley hired, and said he was proud of?

(Los Angeles) A man was shot and killed by Los Angeles police on Sunday after being observed with a knife near the Occupy L.A. encampment. Witnesses said the man was using the knife to peel the skin from a peach he had recently purchased at a street vendor’s stall.
According to LAPD public affairs spokesman Sgt Randy Blastula officers on the street were approached by a citizen around 4:40 pm and told the man was waving the knife in a threatening manner.
Two officers assigned to the Occupy L.A. detail responded and witnessed the man making erratic carving motions near the peach. According to Blastula the officers became fearful for their life and opened fire, striking the man 14 times in the back.
Witnesses at the scene said the officers never identified themselves or ordered the man to drop his weapon.
It’s unclear if the man was aware of the police presence.
Asked to comment, former Fullerton Chief of Police Pat McKinley said it was “a good shooting” and praised the LAPD officers. “I hired them, both of them. They’re some of the best ones I ever put on the street. I hope they come to Fullerton.”
An investigation is continuing while police try to locate the knife.

“I was pretty nervous. In fact I was terrified. I kept thinking ‘what are the consequences going to be?’” Makana, 33, told AFP.
“It was incredibly comical. I was terrified but also enjoying it,” he said.
Makana, who was born Matthew Swalinkavich, said the song prompted awkward stares from a few of those present but the Obamas appeared too absorbed with their guests to notice what was happening.
The performance occurred at a dinner for summit participants from 21 economies around the Asia-Pacific, including Chinese President Hu Jintao and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, amid a security lockdown in Waikiki.
As Makana sang, about 400 protesters including anti-globalization and native Hawaiian rights activists staged a protest march toward the dinner site but turned back after encountering the smothering security.
Makana released the song on the Internet the day before and decided to play it at the urging of fans, he said.
Inspired by the anti-capitalist [sic] movement that began with the “Occupy Wall Street” demonstrations in New York, it denounces Washington politicians, corporate greed and what he sees as an unfair American economic system.
The song features the refrain, “We’ll occupy the streets, we’ll occupy the courts, we’ll occupy the offices of you, till you do the bidding of the many, not the few.”
He sang it “over and over” for 40 minutes, varying his tempo and delivery to avoid triggering an overt reaction.
“Whenever I felt the heat might come down, I would ease off. It was a very careful procedure,” he said.

In 1998 I was wrongly accused by my schizophrenic wife(at the time) of violating a restraining order and I got 50K bail with 21 days in L.A. County jail. I did absolutely nothing to deserve those penalties, but that’s how it goes when you are Joe Citizen.
