But come ye back when summer’s in the meadow
Or when the valley’s hushed and white with snow
‘Tis I’ll be here in sunshine or in shadow
Oh, Danny boy, oh, Danny boy, I love you so.
Or did you think that just because it’s played at funerals it must be some sort of subtle threat?
“WHERES THE CHIEF???”
++++++++++++++++++++++++
“”Where’s the beef?” is a catchphrase in the United States and Canada. The phrase originated as a slogan for the fast food chain Wendy’s.
Since then it has become an all-purpose phrase questioning the substance of an idea, event, or product.” -Wikipedia
Join us in a PEACEFUL protest to demand the right to see other applicants before a police chief is selected.
This is a crucial step in the fight for justice for Kelly Thomas, and justice for all. Some members of the council are pushing for a vote to set Dan Hughes as permanent chief of police without seeing other applicants.
Fullerton deserves a chance at true reform and a chief who will respect the rights of the people, and hold officers accountable when they abuse citizens. Dan Hughes has made the dec
ision to keep 3 of the cops that helped to take the life of Kelly Thomas on our police force. He needs to make the decisions that serve the best interests of the people if he wants to be chief.
We will be protesting in front of city hall, on the evening of a council meeting. This matter will be on the agenda and up for discussion. We also need the support of any person, resident of Fullerton or not, who will stand up and speak out for this cause.
Nice job by Kiger allowing this to be posted. Being that you are the moderator of this rag, a sitting (for now) council member and, technically, Danny boy’s boss, I believe you are resposible for allowing this harassment of one of your employees.
Aren’t you creating a hostile work environment for one of your employees?
Call a lawyer, we’ll just add it to the two plus million that your retard officers cost the City. If this was strictly about money, you’d be cruising Brea Mall on a Segway.
Because they didnt get to murder (OCDAs word) more people or run roughshod? If you havnt read this I think you really should!
The Fullerton Police Department Are the Bullies In Blue
Long before officers beat Kelly Thomas to death, the city’s cops ran roughshod over anyone and everyone

“…Hampton paused for a few seconds and announced in a mocking tone that he’d arrested Quiñonez for being drunk in public. Since he hadn’t had a drink all night, he asked to be given a Breathalyzer test; the officer refused. Hampton then grabbed Quiñonez’s head, slammed it against a wall, applied pressure to his head for several seconds with his elbow, then shoved him into the cruiser and drove to the department’s headquarters.”
“They found their ideal stomping grounds in the city’s historic downtown. What had once been a sleepy assortment of collectibles stores and antique shops set inside turn-of-the-century buildings turned into a bevy of bars, nightclubs and restaurants that attracted customers from the city and beyond. As with its longtime excuse to hassle residents in the city’s barrios because of gangs, the police department used the specter of drunk coeds to apply blanket aggression to everyone.” -OCWeekly
As humans who are able to see strangers amongst us as our brothers and sisters, we should ALL care that people like Officer Hampton will be put back on the streets of Fullerton today, and will be provided with free reign to terrorize and plagiarize innocent men and women once again.
The military would have given him a bad conduct discharge for his offenses.
Here in Fullerton we gave him a free years vacation at our expense.
That’s not the point. The point is the harassment his boss allow on this website. It makes a difference because Travis runs this website, and allowed the piece to be published. If he had nothing to do with this site than it wouldn’t be an issue.
Such a delightfully creepy vibe to that video, with those guys looking like they were ready to strangle each other. There couldn’t be any such animosities in the fair city of Fullerton, right?
I am glad that the 3 unwise cops are back on the street. After all, why pay them to do nothing? Now they can revert to their old ways and cost the city some real money!! A few lawsuits here and there, a few more smashed recording devices, seizing cameras illegally under the color of authority, hey, its coming. Do you think they learned a lesson? NADA!
The lesson learned is if you are involved in an altercation and not the main person, you get lucky and get a year vacation with pay and benefits. OK so you lose the OT from the MADD drunk driving stops, but you can even work a second job in the meanwhile! Best deal there is in FUllerton! Thank you police union for getting that passed through Joe Felz and City Council. Too bad the old city council is gone. We needed those two ex-cops on there to cover up for us while we are on admin leave, sick leave and earning our 3@50! Thank you City of Fullerton!
That is priceless. You made my afternoon. The smarmy looks on their faces says it all.
+1
Tasteful? I couldn’t stop laughing.
Oh, the pipes are calling alright.
Yeah, I believe you couldn’t stop laughing.
So what’s your favorite stanza? Maybe this one?
Or did you think that just because it’s played at funerals it must be some sort of subtle threat?
Them boys is purty. Bring in the FPOA!
All I can say is “WOW”. I hope Danny gets the point. Maybe he will have a tear or 2, I did.
Felz, Please tell your boy he’s done.

If I were “Danny Boy”, I might call a lawyer.
Here’s a complimentary box of tissues for your cry-baby tears, Food for thought.

Wow! A whole 11 responses.
BTW I agree with Food for thought. Kiger should be held responsible.

Old news….No one cares.
No, those that fail to remember history, are doomed to pay more legal fees, and bow to lawsuit settlements to a crippling unsurmountable debt.
Including those lawsuits caused by current council members?
Nothing world newsworthy!!!

Marisa, the only people who read your story was Kelly’s Army and Trailer Trash.
But Danny shouldn’t be held responsible for the actions of his employees?
Yeah, go hire a lawyer, dimwit.

Call it the Chaffee-Quik-Flory-Goodrich Quartet.
Lol. Yes.
I wanna be the Chief of Police. One more big incident and I get it.
We go back on the streets today. Thanks Fullerton for all the support. Justice served.
Desk duty, you would have Newsvans following you, thats only bad in Fullerton.

Aw hell. Graduate from Police Academy V and just retire on $150K.
Any truth to this Hampton back on the streets bullshit?
