Kiger’s Lead Shrinks To 56; About 1500 ballots Left to Count
As of yesterday, November 13th, Travis Kiger’s lead over Jan Flory had been reduced to 56 votes. According to the ROV there remain about 1500 mail in ballots and provisional ballots left to count.
It’s gonna be close! Will Fullerton move ahead or will it retreat to the bad old days of denial and unaccountability? Will Jan Flory’s Dog become a major player in the OC blogosphere?
Stay tuned. We should know by the end of the day!
Oh shit!
1500 ballots for the county or for Fullerton? How does that wk. thx?
Kiger, the wolf in sheep’s clothing, can finally retreat to his den. You might fool the idiots you bring to council meetings, but you can’t fool me. By the way, where were you last night, coward?
Just as long as your aware that most of the names and organizations that contributed to Jan Flory’s campaign, appear to be people like Chris Meyer, Paul Dudley, and Pat McKinley, and a gagle of other local retirees whose only concern is to ensure that they keep receiving their $200,000.00 a year public pensions.

Did it ever occur to you that you come off as a nut job? You may not be.. but you sure come across that way.
All of you do. Perhaps we just don’t want a bunch of crazy nut jobs making the decisions for the city…
Step back and change your tactics.. Jesus.. you are dim.
Project much?
Prejudice binds the mind.
Heh.. you have a long list of posts that back be up, babe.. How is that witchcraft stuff working out for you?
Never heard that one before.
It may not end up being as close in the end as it appears now. All’s well that ends well.
Travis lead is now down to minus-4.
And now it’s up to +2 — but with only 68 ballots counted in the race since the last report.
Flory’s lead over the past three days (since Travis was up by 2): +10, +16, and now +28.
and now +32, with only “cleanup counting” left to do.
And — Flory wins by 29 votes.
We’ll see a recount, so it won’t actually be over today. A linear projection from yesterday’s totals would predict a 1-vote margin between them.
Clean up your signs, you lazy assclown.
Let me know where you see them still up and I will. Some were put up by others, so I won’t always know where to look.
It’s not my job to find your signs, you lazy assclown.
Angry troll alert^^^. The pigs are so rude these days… The man had a legitimate response to ur rude question
Greg soiled himself alert^^^ He’s obese, lazy and doesn’t want to spend time taking down his signs which ends up littering the City of Fullerton after a major wind or rain storm.
Fuck off..why are you so worried about his signs.
Fuck yourself. Cop licking pig troll jackass!
Can someone tell me, in this day and age, why it takes over a week to count ballots?
The real answer is: they’re very careful and make sure they do it in a way that’s both above suspicion and subject to later review. We have a very good ROV here.
Loke the man sai: clean up your crappy signs assclown.
I *think* that they’re all gone, though there may be a few up on private property in West Anaheim. If you still see any, please let me know where.
One of them, at least, apparently showed up on a median (where Kiger’s and Whitaker’s signs were before the election), where neither I nor anyone else in my campaign would have put it. So some of the stolen ones may yet show up again.
That actually would be a real answer Greg Diamond if three posts ago you didn’t forecast a recount. Quit contradicting yourself.
Don’t wet yourself; it’s just a prediction, not a promise. I’d expect a recount if the margin is within 50 votes. If yesterday’s trend regarding the provisionals continues, it will be.
If Kyger wins, Flory *might* want a recall, but if Flory Wins, Boss Booshala (I meant Fullerton Association of Concerned Taxpayers) will definitely pay for a recall.
Maybe because “THE SICKNESS IS DEEP!”
I assume you meant “recount” and not recall. If the margin is narrow enough, I’d guess it’d be automatic– no?
The personal reference points to him citing a “Recall”
Well, I did mean recount here (it’s early)…..but after the recount there will, unforunately, likely be a recall as well.
If it’s really close Kiger loss, Bushala will pay for a recount so he can protect his investment.
I doubt it. The council would still be biased towards marginalizing Chaffee-Flory and vote along 3:2 lines. You’re more likely to see a recall from the other end of the spectrum who seek to continue the anti-TonyB crusade (which has been a very expensive failed crusade for them.)
Nothing to gain by recalling Flory.
People will vote with their, feet, cash, credit cards and take their buissnesses elsewhere, it is a strong trend.
Hope this helps CCCB’s…

Hope this helps, Fullerton Lover…

Hit a nerve huh?
Where would Flor get the $3+ per ballot? FPOA is now broke.
We have over $500k split up among three accounts…. Lol
Glad to hear that’s disclosed properly on your 460s . . .
Why don’t you punch out your timecard before you start posting here…
Because I’m not even in the country?
…or maybe you can get more money from the statewide peace officers association PORAC in Sacramento?
Looks like they ponied up another $500 to Jan Flory’s campaign in October, so I’m sure they wouldn’t mind floating Flory further funds to get her over the hump?

Incroyable!! A post about the election results on FFFF! It’s only taken a week.
The ROV website says there are an estimated 2,319 uncounted Fullerton ballots, not 1,500.
If Kiger goes down, he’ll have himself to blame. He was a lazy candidate who has been relying on Bushala’s money to get him elected.
They didnt stoop to a bunch of disingenuous lies, threats, and just plain evildoership.
I especially liked the Kyger mailer just before the election that had a giant picture of Kyger next to his child sitting in a fire engine talking about how he was going to preserve public safety in Fullerton.
That wasn’t misleading at all, was it.
I’ve been out of the country all month and can’t wait to see all the truthful mailers that came to my mailbox in the days leading up to the election. I’m sure none of them were misleading.
Kiger can preserve public safety by making city employees cost less. Hurrah!
TRAVIS THE CONTRACT BUSTER!
Out of the country for a month. That government gig you have must be aces cop.
One day is not a trend, most have been counted. What areas are left to count do matter.
Is two days a trend?
No.
It aint over until the ugly evil lady sings.
I didn’t say it was over. But it is a trend. My guess is that provisionals will likely break for Flory, as they usually do for Democrats, but in Fullertonland that’s just a guess.
I’m calling Kiger +6. I’m guessing residents who move within the city limits and casting a provisional are going to be younger and not voting on party lines. Any other commentators with a crystal ball out there?
Obama only had 44% Nov 6 from Fullerton.
It’s a crapshoot, but if I had to guess I’d say Flory by 30.
There isn’t a chance in hell 30. Single digits maybe. Greg: pro pundit blogger like yourself, you know better.
Flory is currently up by 28. Feel stupid yet? I mean, feel stupider yet?
Kiger on top by TWO. 12703 to 12701.
cuts both ways don’t it? Good thing we all voted.
I bet people on both sides are pounding sand they didn’t turn out the vote. Republicans did a miserable job getting their base to vote in Fullerton. In return for their collective laziness: Quirk in the supermajority. OUCH!
EVEN A BROKEN CLOCK is right two times a day douchebag. Greg quit gloating bitch. It isn’t lady like.
On August 21, 2012 Michael Gennaco, president of the Los Angeles Office of Independent Review, presented a comprehensive audit of the Fullerton Police Department (FPD) to the Fullerton City Council. Part of the final report included 59 recommendations to help improve the policies, procedures and practices within the FPD. Attached is the Chief’s response to those recommendations including policy changes, training, leadership, and examples of the changes that have been made since the report was published.

A message from Acting Chief Dan Hughes
In August of 2012, Michael Gennaco, Chief Attorney of the County of Los Angeles Office of Independent Review, completed a systemic review of the policies, procedures, and practices of the Fullerton Police Department. Although Mr. Gennaco praised many of the department’s efforts and stated that after a change in leadership, introspection, and reforms the department is in an upward trajectory, he did outline 59 recommendations on how he believed the department would benefit and be more effective in our community.
It is the goal of the Fullerton Police Department to be the finest law enforcement agency in the region. Our response to the recommendations by Mr. Gennaco provide this organization the opportunity to serve as a model for other similar sized departments on how to respond and hopefully avoid potential crisis. This document is intended to be a “living document” as it will need to be adjusted and modified as additional factors may occur.
It is my sincere belief that the Fullerton Police Department is on the correct path towards being a model police agency and that the men and women who serve this great community are committed to the principles that go far beyond the following recommendations.
Dan Hughes
Acting Chief of Police
Might work if the report wasnt a $160,000.00 “COVER UP” not my opinion.
The Sadistic nature of human beings is a often overlooked study. People historically repeat over and over again, many reasons would apply.
Maybe Dan should go on CNN, with their elaborate staff, just like McKinley.

We need a win from Travis. After seeing the results of the federal and state elections, a win for Travis would provide, for me, a glimmer of hope that voters/taxpayers do understand the financial issues and how they will impact our future as cities, states, and country. If we do not vote for people who have a grasp of our current economic climate (caused in LARGE part by public employee unions) and are willing to make hard choices to change it, woe is us. BTW, I’ve been quiet during the election (for obvious reasons) but I’m done. I will now feel free to express my views on FFFF. The good news is that the candidate who passed on the question of what reforms were needed in Fullerton at a candidate forum and who was endorsed by FPOA, will not be on the council!
As the day comes to a close may we be one step closer to turning the corner in this town. Travis-may the road rise with you and may the wind be at your back.
All you Kiger groupies are delusional!
So you’re saying the Democratic victory, the passing of Prop 30, and the defeat of Prop 32, all fit in with your big scheme of financial planning, the lowering of taxes, and the decimation of unions?
Help me understand.
Our current economic climate has been caused by the Republican and Libertarian politicians who promoted the deregulation of our country’s financial & banking systems and also the Republican and Libertarian “jobs creators” who outsourced our country’s manufacturing to China, India, and other 3rd world countries.
Poor leadership, management, and ownership by needy and greedy Wall Street + the1%.
HOW dellusional can anyone get???? ” On their way toward being a model police agency”??? Not possible, & IF even so, it`s going to take a lot more years , …AND, they`ll need to do a LOT MORE ”cleaning house!!!! Including YOU, ”Danny Boy” !!!! You`re thoughts are a ”fantasy”, and you live in total DENIAL, I would say!! I do not believe that the ”Kelly Thomas” murder, ( and that`s EXACTLY WHAT IT WAS, AND OF A TOTALLY INNOCENT YOUNG MAN), by 6… actually 7, ( including your ”watch commander”, who did absolutely NOTHING,…. BUT ” WATCH”!!!, ) as your wonderful police murderers literally ”BEAT the life out of Kelly, is going to be forgotten for a long, long, long time, and probably NEVER, (& SHOULD`NT BE ). All the ”bad” in this P.D. , WITH MUCH MORE lying, corruptness, stealing, wrongdoings, will never be forgotten!!! And if ”Danny Boy” thinks so, then he has a HUGE problem in the head!!!! ” To ”protect & serve”, ….. what a joke, quite the opposite, would`nt one agree??? And, as far as those of you that are going to respond by bringing up any negatives, regarding Kelly and his past, OR his family`s, no matter WHAT you say, that DOES NOT give those 6 FAT PIGS the right to beat Kelly to death!!!! Even if he was`nt innocent, which HE WAS. NO ONE can tell me that 6 of them could not have just cuffed him, & take him in,…. but that was NOT their intention, from the time they,”rolled up”!!! That WAS NOT what they WANTED to do!!!! They wanted to have their ” Friday night fun”!! ( Oh, pardon me, …”Tuesday night fun”!!) One can only hope that EVERY ONE of them get the their ”payback”… ”justice”, here on THIS earth, AND ,…. in HELL!! THAT is what they deserve!!!! My opinion,….. and many, many others, as well!!!! Justice for ”Kelly”, and may God Bless, him, AND his family, and may GOD be with him, and giving him back the life that his murderers took from him!!!! F.P.D., ( AND NOT ALL, I Realize) STINKS, to hell!!! ( MY opinion, and I certainly am NOT ALONE)
Hopefully the FBI will be a better objective eye then the bought by city of fullerton Gennaco who has a history of down playing law enforcement misconduct, gross negligence and outright murder, remember matrice richardson and Los Angeles Sheriff Dept.?
Lol… Someone is trying to save his job
Hey D bag Kiger,…Pick up your F-ing signs already you lazy POS. I know how you live like a sloppy pig but dont clutter up our city with your leftover crap.
The city was taking them down the entire campaign. They wanted to be nasty and unethical. Let them go out and get the signs now.
True that.
Throughout the entire campaign season I used to see Travis’s signs on the treets and figure two days tops until the city workers would take them down.
The ones that I saw that were placed on Parks Avenue didn’t even last unil lunch time the same day that they were first placed.
Yet somehow Jan Flory’s and Rick Alvarez’s signs are still up?
The only thing missing around town is that big black truck that was driving around downtown for a couple weeks with a red line through a marijuana leaf adorned with Bruce Whitaker and Travis Kiger’s names.
They should have had the FPOA’s un-official mascot, “Barney” (that big purple bong that they bring to City Council meetings) riding shotgun.
A scumbag cop would know a pig now wouldn’t he. Government tit sucker.
I grasp recount and recall and how close the election results are between Kiger and Flory. However, what is in place to weed out absentee ballots cast by persons who do not live within Fullerton city limits?
In the 1970’s, Ralph Kennedy, founder of the “Fullerton Observer” was caught allowing persons to vote via absentee ballots using his home address at the time, 1031 N. Richman avenue, Fullerton, who did not live within fullerton’s city limits.
Fortunately this bit “o” news hit the public days before people cast their vote and Ralph Kennedy did not ever ascend to any position of political power, not even dog catcher.
I realize I forgot to mention, Ralph Kennedy was vying for a seat , at that time, on fullerton’s city council.
If Kiger goes down it will because of the influence and power of the public employee unions and liberal tax and spend groups. Kiger and Whittaker are unique politicans that offer this City a return to integrity and transparency. Maybe it is too good to be true to have people running for office that will not allow ilegally collected water fees to be swept under the rug.
No………as a Kiger supporter, if Kiger goes down it will be because more people voted to put Jan Flory in office. Believe it or not, Democracy does work.
I am hopeful that Kiger wins, but if not, life goes on. I will keep fighting and never give up.
Actually, many of FPD’s policy and procedures are in fact model policies. Check the IACP page and you will see they are very familiar.
I left my campaign signs out until I thought (mistakenly-prematurely) that the vote was settled (i.e. Kiger had won) and I took the signs down from my front yard.
As far as I’m concerned the election isn’t over until all the ballots are honestly counted (and any-all that were dishonestly cast are discovered and removed from the count).
Of course I hope Kiger’s lead holds. He has demonstrated exceptional courage knowledge good character and strength as our city councilman. We absolutely could not find a better individual to serve our community in such an important role at such a critical time (i.e. when a small suburban city discovers the horrid effects of thoroughly corrupt government Union employee thuggery, through multiple instances of literally criminal actions including even rape and murder all hidden under color of authority or deliberate corrupt collusion before, during and after the fact of those many crimes).
Normal honest civic friendship (i.e. an informed citizenry) is the cure for this “big government” desease.
The simptoms of the big government desease emerge when individuals literally sell their souls (e.g. collude and cover up actual thefts, rapes and murder(s)) in order to retain “government jobs” which are so VASTLY over compensated in our city offices and schools that the present employees could not earn even one third of their government pay in a normal free market contract agreement.
This blog has provided terrific resources of information and fostered community opinion and discussion, which all leads to civic friendship (and confident community spirit).
The nasty (vile and ignorant) voices “must” be tolerated in order to honor and benefit from our American foundation of free political speech. Such nasty “voices” also instantly marginalize themselves, as they reveal their bully Thuggish (as in government Union employee) tactics.
I certainly hope that Travis Kiger’s WIN holds through the end of the vote count.
No matter what the instant result, this election clearly showed who the big government (Communist) Unions promoted, bought and paid for in our city and throughout the nation.
Perfectly said, Rain.
So you’re going on record as agreeing with the comment that unions are Communist. Nice that you can finally show your true colors.
I agree 100% with this statement…
No matter what the instant result, this election clearly showed who the big government (Communist) Unions promoted, bought and paid for in our city and throughout the nation.
Does that mean that I’m a communist too?
No.
It means that we DEPLORE our government employees dictating to us how we are going to run our own city.
Does the gardener get to tell the homeowner how he should runs his/her own house?
How about the tutor?
How about the security guard?
I don’t know, the gardener could probably tell the homeowner how a garden is best tended. The tutor… Well that ought to be obvious.
rain, well put
even if kiger loses to flory, kiger and those who support his political reform and ideas will still be present at fullerton city council meetings and always present to remind flory that she is obligated to represent the interests of fullerton’s community instead of colluding with FPD and city of fullerton municipal employees and their unions.
the adage the worst thing that may happen to you is to have your prayers answered may apply to flory.
It is a new day , a new era where the populace no longer docilely accept whatever fullerton city council mandates to them. the era of fullerton city council person jones and his screams and rants intended to stifle the voice of fullerton’s community no longer will be tolerated by the good people of fullerton.
flory’s seat on the fullerton city council will be an entirely different experience from her previous one.
Establishment republicans=communists?
By the way, the voting is over, you can take down your signs.
I think the witch will win! its the old out of touch folks that will have the last laugh….

The military industrial complex with its black budgets, the administrations that signed Glass-Steagall, penned treatises like GATT, NAFTA, and the private Federal Reserve Bank charter are all the major players and factors in America being destroyed by design. The unions are birds of prey hovering over and swooping in on what is left of the vestiges of what our predecessors tried to leave us. We have already gone off of the cliff. It is not apparent because economically were are in free fall right now and the illusion of stabilty is a house of cards. The landing will not be cushioned. The timing of which is all that remains in question. In the meantime we must at least strive, at the local level, to restore sanity to government where the rubber meets the road. We cannot afford to give up.
JAN M. FLORY 12,670 11.6%
TRAVIS KIGER 12,666 11.6%
Wow, four votes. Will be interesting to see how many are left to count . . .
that is one creepy number to stop counting on

And there you have it:
TRAVIS KIGER 12,666 11.6%
RICK ALVAREZ 11,200 10.2%
Yes, there you have it. The difference between fourth and fifth place…..when only the top three get elected.
Nice work again, R.D.

Anybody have a clue how many votes left?
still says the same
Jan’s winning now by 4 votes! My master is winning!!!!

“What’s Left to Count by District
As the final certification of the Presidential General Election approaches the estimates of how many ballots are left by district will discontinue. During the canvass period following any election, damaged ballots, ballots requiring duplication, partial provisional ballots, and election day paper ballots can not be estimated using electronic data.
The tedious process of finalizing the last remaining ballots countywide requires precise machine counting for final vote totals and as a result can not be included in estimated totals.
We will continue to offer rough estimates of countywide total ballots left to count. Click here to view these estimates.

Hmm. Well each of their vote count only went up 200-250. Assuming most voted for one of the two, we can guess there is about a thousand fullerton votes left to count, if yesterday’s total of 1500 remaining was accurate.
Wayyy too close. Best candidate vs. the worst. Why does this have to play out so dramatically?
Threats, LIES LIES LIES, and unethical confused spiteful old insane guard.
Why would one make that assumption? Kiger obviously didn’t get all of Whitaker’s votes and neither was close to Fitzgerald.
fair enough. whats your guess on how many votes left? feeling good about Flory’s chances?
1000-1200 left is my guess. I think that they’ll lean Flory, but I wouldn’t be shocked if they didn’t.
I’ll write more about this later, but Tony wins even if Travis doesn’t win. Either substantial police reform and some very serious pension reform takes place — or else Tony will get his Council majority in 2 years or 4.
It’s sort of a de facto “good cop, bad cop” arrangement. Anyone on the union/FPOA side who doesn’t take it seriously is a fool — and I’ll be the first to tell them so.
Moderate reforms should be sufficient. FFFF didn’t want to stand for them — that was its choice. Chaffee and Flory (if she wins) will take that territory. FPOA’s stranglehold is over — but without a massive upheavel.
Justice for all the victims of the Bullies in Blue.
The Fullerton Police Department Are the Bullies In Blue
Long before officers beat Kelly Thomas to death, the city’s cops ran roughshod over anyone and everyone
http://www.ocweekly.com/2011-11-24/news/fullerton-police-department-ron-kelly-thomas/
And if Flory wins, the onus will be on those of us who supported her to take that seriously. And we will. At best, this will be a bare victory. It’s reform or die.
I give Tony great credit for that. (I’ve said that many times, but I don’t think that people believe me. It’s true.) I’d have preferred that he staked out moderate territory — but instead he went for total revolution. If the Fullerton government doesn’t cut down his fuel, next time he wins. That makes him a serious engine of reform.
Anyone who is surprised by my saying that just has not been paying attention.
Next Election: “I am a woman, I am a mom, I am powerful, I am independent and you are chauvinistic right wing racists. Fullerton is a progressive City. Can I get a Woot! Woot! …Ladies? …Raise the roooof! ”
I have no doubt when floozy flory fails, you and your cohorts will play the race and gender card big time.
Hughes is a liar. Talk about transparency. That is not what unfolded on July 5. Why don’t you tell everyone what you really told the police officers that night? Step up to the plate. Man up.
Pension reform can only be for new hires. There will be 2 pension formulas. How to deal with all pensions mandated by past contract, will, in the end be up to the courts. What does it take to void a contract? Bankruptcy (one or two on Council might be betting on this option), probably kingmaker Tony is, too.

Yet Flory hasn’t been on the council for quite some time…..but TK and Whytaker have, and haven’t attempted to do one thing about the problem (which I agree is a problem).
So…..if anyone has turned a blind eye recently, it’s TK and BW.
If she wins, I look forward what the “OLD CUNT” has to say. I hope she creates total havic. So we can scream at her every two weeks, along with Dougy…..I hope she knows how many people hate her….All the mad dogs will bite…

Oh yes let’s police the police..bullshit!
Feds have jurisdiction in a “Local Government Cover UP”
The FPD are THEE worst victims of the “SITUATION”
Citizen’s Commissions are effective in many cities.
If Flory wins, it won’t just be because FPOA paid for hit pieces, it will be because liberal Democras like me worked our asses off because we believed that she and Chaffee would be smart enough to engage in real and substantive reform. It does not have to run salt in the eyes of the FPD — but it has to be real.
Otherwise, people like me sit on our hands next time and you get Travis back. Tony’s not going away; he’s shown what he can do even if Flory edges out Travis. The old days are over. Everyone can work together for reasonable goals to make the new days better ones — or else, the deluge.
I’m not even writing to convince you. I’m just saying how it is.
You are comparing other Police depts to a City rife with Internationally newsworthy EVIL.
I always thought you were an obnoxious self centered prick but this really takes the cake.
You’ve got some nerve trying to take credit for what Ron Thomas, Chris Thompson, FullertonsFuture, The Oathkeepers and countless others within the Fullerton Community had to go through to get justice for Kelly and real reform.
Just where were you when we held protests in front of the police department every weekend?
Where were you when we had to scream and shout at the City Hall meetings?
You sure as hell avoided Fullerton, now you’re trying to barge your worthless ass in here talking about working your “asses” off for reform and trying to make this a left vs. right/liberal vs. conservative issue.
Let me tell you something, what happened to Kelly and the city of Fullerton was a CIVIL and HUMAN rights issue & people across all groups came together and spoke with a thunderous voice against this great injustice.
Do yourself a favor, take your cheesy left vs. right/liberal vs conservative pandering and high tail it right back to brea.
We in Fullerton will have true reform and real change not whatever watered down, credit stealing, double taking, lip service B.S you’re peddling.
What? I’m talking about liberal Democrats working their asses off to help Flory beat Travis, not about the whole Kelly Thomas thing. That’s why the sentence starts out “If Flory wins….”
Honestly, it’s hard arguing with people who have little apparent ability to read.
You’re as full of shit as ever, surprise surprise.
I’d like to meet even one authentic “liberal Democrat” who gives a hoot about Flory, the candidate who didn’t stand up and say a word about police abuses, the candidate who thinks Chevron’s massive development on the last big chunk of park-starved northern OC is , etc. I figure the only “liberal democrats” more scarce than ones who like Flory are the ones who are actually “working their asses off” for her, a number which must hover right around zero.
Flory’s a progressive just as Obama is a socialist, i.e. not at all. Flory interest isn’t in furthering liberal, Democratic ideals, it’s in furthering Flory. Now that’s something you can relate to..
Yeah, I’m sure you know much more about liberal Democrats in the area than I do. I just worked in a campaign office with a bunch of them for the past eight months, that’s all.
Anyone who believes what you’re saying is probably beyond convincing.
YOU ARE AN OPTIMIST
Maybe.
Worked your ass off? You are the laziest sack of shit in OC. Your ass is as fat and bloated as it ever was.
That does not seem to be the prevalent impression among those with actual names, “Fred.” See you at the recount.
All he can do is cry like a 8 year old boy over user names on a blog. Absolutely pathetic.
The fact that the democratic party in OC throws their weight behind this disheveled overweight man-child continues to astound me.
Usually political groups do a great job at vetting out riff-raff like Greg especially after the John Way Gacy/June Carter fiasco but perhaps the OC based democratic party isn’t as established as its affiliates in Los Angeles or The Bay Area.
This isn’t a dig against political parties I’m just saying you wouldn’t want a guy like Greg who clearly has social and psychological issues anywhere near you especially when you’re trying to gain political capitol.
Orange county has so many smart wonderful liberal minded people, sadly Greg Diamond isn’t one of those people. He is toxic and nothing more a lost cause, a failure and a burden on the party.
I love how hard cowardly right-wing idiots like you are working to try to get rid of me. It’s quite a compliment. Luckily, DPOC Democrats are smarter than you seem to be.
Trust but verify.
Accountability breeds responsibility.

FLORY 2012
I’ll say it again.
Roughly 7 out of 10 voters did NOT vote for Kyger or Flory. 6 out of 10 didn’t vote for Whytaker.
Depressing state of affairs all around.
That was about .5% as bad as National Politics on radio and print.
Many dollars too late Many many millions too late. Ponsi Ballwashing CREEP.
Killed not died
Murder Charges not criminal charges
Torture Thrill Kill not scuffle or altercation
Culture of EVIL not “Complacency”

Fullerton police detail revised use-of-force policy
http://www.ocregister.com/news/hughes-377796-policy-force.html
The low lifes will be back to discuss everyone. I hope Flory doesn’t put up with it. She is old but she takes no shit.
What are you gonna do get mad at the trial TV News Crews?
The sickening details are DDDEEEEEEPP.
I feel for the FPD staff that is not top leadership, just as in the crew of a ship owned and lead by FOOLS.
Of course there are the other victims friends and family. FPDs suffering is ongoing and escalating, lowers job satisfaction and endangers their ability to carry out their duties. Being hired or retiring to a different career may not be possible in this economic climate.
The election results have been about a .1% tie, may the Saints be with us. 🙂
4 votes is about .015%

I know you may be divorced, but Tony, show some respect here and delete the comments that are unfortunately using your ex’s name. If no one can use the name of your gf, the woman who gave birth to your children should get the same consideration-IF NOT MORE.
I agree. That really sucks. I don’t blame Tony for it being there, but it’s a problem if it remains there.
Right!
“the woman who gave birth to your children”……… Hmmmmm
Onanymous, do you have any evidence that the woman who gave birth was giving it to his children?
??????
This is even too odd for me. Stanley, this shouldn’t even be an issue.
“Stanley, this shouldn’t even be an issue”…….. Hmmmmm
The way I understood your comment it was mitigating issue that is why you have pointed out.
If it wasn’t an issue why to mentioned.
Or why not state: If no one can use the name of your gf, the woman who gave birth to her love children should get the same consideration-IF NOT MORE
TRAVIS KIGER 12,703
JAN M. FLORY 12,701
Time for detox Floosy.
This Kiger vs. Flory updated vote count should be turned into a drinking game. Question is: do we drink when Flory’s up or does she?
It’s pretty sad when the FPOA’s only hope is Flory

Fullerton police use-of-force data made public
Statistics are provided on the recommendation of an independent investigator hired after the death of Kelly Thomas.
http://www.ocregister.com/news/force-377893-police-investigations.html
Pretty sure there where many known cases of intimidation when complaints were or attempted to be filed or lost.
Hear no evil, see no evil, then there must be none.
Rusty Kennedy also recommended Gennaco, whose reputation is all too obvious. Human Relations Board just the name sound fishy.
Johnathan, Rusty Kennedy gave the Fullerton Police Department(FPD) an award for its outstanding relationship with Fullerton’s community when Pat McKinley was FPD’s chief of police and a member of rusty Kennedy’s Orange county Human Relations Commission.
It was not until the FPD horrific beating death of Kelly Thomas did the public become aware , thanks to FFFF logsite, not the local media, that FPD had a long history of excessive force, molestation of female detainees, suspicious jail suicide, perjury and false arrest.
A shout out to Rusty and his commission, a tax funded commission dedicated to handling and mediating OC’s communities’ complaints of civil rights abuses committed upon them by their respective law enforcement, for keeping the FPD’s civil rights abuses committed upon the good people of Fullerton quiet.
Just my opinion
Motion to Dismiss filed, ADA sent a 100 page report.
LOL! 🙂
JAN FLORY IN THE LEAD!
Hey, wouldn’t that be a kick in the pants if Flory ends up winning?
That would mean that someone spent $300,000 to stack the Fullerton City Council and, as a result, Jan Flory and Doug Chaffee get to hold office together.
I don’t think anything other than the system worked because the citizens will have made their voices heard with their vote. No matter which side you are on, we will have to accept the decision and move on. That is how Democracy works!

Finally, an OC Register article that seems factually correct and not Sanitized by the police boot lickers at the Register editor staff and their shill Lou Ponsi! Hooray for the OC Register!!
Prison bound FPD3!
greg are you some 30 year old hip-stir? No you’re closer to 70, act your age. Stop trying to be young.
Sorry, I don’t take advice from disembodied spirits.
Go Jan!
It’s down to Florida!!
with chads
I wonder what accounts for the ballots going up 50 for Flory two consecutive days when the count was showing them steady and Kiger slowly pulling ahead by a few each day? Would there be a recount in a race this close? Do the counters have public identities?
Where can we go to watch the remaining ballots be counted?
The Orange County Registrar of Voters is “in the final cleanup phase for Fullerton,” counting damaged ballots that “did not scan on the first pass,” Neal Kelley, who heads the office, said Thursday in an email.
Kelley said the remaining Fullerton ballots are “down to a hundred or so, but there is absolutely no way to tell” exactly how many there are or how long it will take to count them.
http://fullertonstories.com/whats-left-to-count-in-fullerton-elections/
chads oh boy
yea, damaged ballots that get counted twice for the candidate of choice. Is that why Flory suddenly shot ahead in the last two days when it was a dead heat?
TRAVIS KIGER 12,703 11.6%
JAN M. FLORY 12,701 11.6%
TRAVIS KIGER 12,703
JAN M. FLORY 12,701
It’s completely ridiculous that it would take this long to count these ballots!!
No, it’s really not. You have no idea what it requires.
Makes you really wonder what they’re counting on election day and how they can come up with definitive results so quickly.
They are counting poll ballots which scan very quickly. Vote by mail and provisional ballots must be signature checked and count slowly.
She drinks regardless, but will be binging hard when the loss is final, I reckon.
Kiger now up by 2. The world feels like a better place when his name is listed above hers. Let’s hope it sticks. I really don’t want to experience years of Flory antics. It’s bad enough getting through her three minutes of self bloated whining each meeting.
Travis by 2. This is getting re-counted either way. What a race!
Good luck Travis! We are all “counting” on you lol.
http://www.ocregister.com/news/force-377893-police-investigations.html
Is it possible to have a special election run-off between Flory & Kiger?
I’m thinking since the votes are so close and they’re down to damaged votes either this will turn into a legal battle or kiger concedes.
Floozy sure as hell isnt going to give this up.
I’ll bet that if Greg Diamond had a nickel for every blogger that ever uttered these words that I saw written on this post earlier, he’d be retired by now…
“I always thought you were an obnoxious self centered prick but this really takes the cake”
If I had a nickel for anyone who would put their own name behind them I might have a dime. Or maybe a nickel. I don’t get exercised by cowards flinging shit over a wall.
By the way, that comment was completely idiotic — nice to see you endorsing it.
wow you know the word exercise, maybe you should give it a try
It really doesn’t matter if Kiger wins or not. The gig is up for the crooked FPD. This site and concerned citizens have rid the city of corrupt councilmen and dangerous cops. If Flory gets in and does nothing about the rampant corruption in Fullerton she’ll be recalled quicker than you can say McDickHead!
You spent exactly as much time in a campaign office as it took to eat all the free snacks, you flack. And I said “authentic”.
its funny how Flory suddenly starts gaining votes when they count the damaged ballots that have to be rescaned.
Not quite right nipsey. Flory said it herself: she was running to “reform” Fullerton by restoring the bureaucracy to its position of pre-eminence. After all, they are the “heart of the city” to “her lights.”
Oh, yeah. And letting the cops get away with murder, I presume.
The Police: Justin Hertl killed and assasinated by the Anaheim police department and of course an Interagency Drug Task force in a quiet neighborhood in Anaheim Hills California on November 14, 2003. He did not have a weapon. The information we have is that 2 (two) officers knew about the hit and 1 (one) did not know but was set up to perform the hit. Santos Calderon Salgado age 25 (twenty-five) tortured to death and murdered in an unlicensed rehabilitation home in Santa Ana, California died on June 8, 1993.Paul Oregero died in August 2012 in Placentia,California shot to death after he was targeted by another interagency task force. My these interagency task forces are talented at procuring their hits. Manuel Diaz, shot to death by Anaheim Police Department no weapon found, allowed to lay handcuffed, unattened by the police for 20 minutes before the ambulance showed up. Acevedo. Drug raid set-up by the corrupt cops with plants in place selling the Feds hard Dope. Fuck the Police state i a will write a fucking book. anne Abrahan UCC1-207.7 All Rights Reserved Without Predjudice 11-16-2012
The Kiger/Flory count illustrates that there remains a divided contingency of voters split between reform and the more of the status quo. Kiger’s fresh and passionate voice is relevant to what is in dire need in this community – transparency. Flory’s interests are what her interests have always been: to serve those who serve her. It’s pretty simple. And those that voted for her are those that split Bankhead’s votes.
Does anyone know if Travis won?
J. Flory 12,816
T. Kiger 12,778
Dear Nutty FFFF Extremists,
Thank you for helping Doug Chaffee, Jenny Fitzgerald, and Jan Flory get elected to Fullerton City Council.
Without your money and crazed demonstrations, it might never have happened.
Truly,
Re-Reformer
How *** **** did you get that WRONG number?
Close though.
I love how these FPOA thugs pretend like Dick Jones, Pat McKinley and Sleepy didn’t get recalled.
They will never ever bring it up or even discuss it.
Well Tony at least you can make some of your money back on fireworks:)))
The English Language is dead. On the FullertonStories Facebook page:
Nov 21:
“Jan Flory talks about her victory: . “I’m a happy girl. My husband is calling me landslide Jan, and I will take it! It’s wonderful!” she said.
1. 29 Votes is not a landslide. Please check definition in the dictionary.
2. Happy girl? Again, refer to dictionary for definition. Refer to books of etiquette for acceptable boundaries of when someone crosses from girlhood to senior citizen.
Happy girl? How cute. If the old bag is ahead after a recount she can try to come to grips with the fiscal disaster SHE created: huge unfunded penion liability and millions in stolen water taxes to pay her goon pals at the cop union.
Happy? No one skips out on the tab for the lavish meal they can’t afford to pay for. Not even Facelift Flory.
He should be calling her Just Barely Jan.
Measure W (which she supported) lost by a landslide.
Down goes Kiger, Down goes Kiger…………
It’s so good to see karma prevail.
It will when Cicineelii, Wolfe and Ramos go to jail.
The “Landslide Jan” comment is a reference to “Landslide Lyndon,” when LBJ won the Texas senate seat by a small handful of votes. I think she is bright enough to know that 29 votes is not a landslide.
Funny parallel. LBJ with his unions cronies in one small Texas town had the clerk recorders box of votes on the hood of a police car for a photo op. Maybe it had the magic votes in that cookie jar for him.
