District Attorney Investigating Markowitz Scam
The other day FFFF shared a letter from Fullerton activist Tony Bushala to District Attorney Todd Spitzer requesting that his office refer the sham candidacy of Scott Markowitz to the apolitical Orange County Grand Jury for investigation.
Bushala followed up with Spitzer a few days later. According to Bushala he received a curt response from Sptizer that the latter can’t comment as the matter is now under active investigation. Well, that’s good news.
Whether this means a preliminary route to the Grand Jury remains to be seen, but hopefully Markowitz will be receiving a call from the DAs office wanting to know a few things. Ditto the Diane Vena and the other liberal Dems who signed Markowitz’s nominating papers, and of course Ajay Mohan, the Dem operative lowlife who pulled the same shit in Fullerton at the behest of Ahmad Zahra in 2022.
Hopefully, Vivian Jaramillo, the candidate who stands to gain the most from this fraud will get a call too, to see what she knows about this scam.
Oh, what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive.
Does his employer, Wescom Credit Union, know that they’ve entrusted a very dishonest person with highly confidential, personally identifiable information?
They should look into that and take appropriate action.
We’ll see what happens, but this genie is definitely out of the bottle now.
That is the only point of this complaint to try to get a scandal on someone’s, anyone’s radar.
Because there doesn’t seem to be any violation of law.
Sort of like Marko’s candidacy was to get a phony candidate on the radar! Turnabout is fair play, no?
Fucking moron.
You know there is no crime, so you go after his ability to earn a living.
Sick.
Maybe he should have thought about that before signing up for fraud. Poor Butterfly.
What fraud statute?
Check out the Election Code, loser. Then report back.
Not how it works. Burden is on you since you’re making the claim.
I’m not doing your homework for you. This isn’t CSUF Business School.
Let’s not get too excited just yet….”active investigation” is very broad and unspecific. Active investigation in this instance may be nothing more than putting it on someone’s to-do list to make a few phone calls. I wouldn’t expect anything to happen before the election.
Like Scofflaw Markowitz campaign, the letter and response has already served its purpose.
Not going anywhere when neither anyone here not the person filing the complaint can think of any actual law violated.
Hey dimwit, if Markowitz didn’t collect those signatures himself and signed the affidavit saying he did, a crime was indeed committed. But good to know your ethical compass spins freely. Not that anybody ever took you seriously.
It would be great to know what your actual complaint is because you are all over the place. Is the complaint whether he personally collected signatures? Or are you just casting about hoping for some error on his part l.
Haha. Still no report on any of this by those crack journalists at the Fullerton Observer, one of whose “Observers” got caught up in this scandal.
Emphasis on crack, BTW.
