yeah well.. I see people driving in the carpool lanes on the freeway with only one person in the car. There was plenty of room in that lane, the other lanes were backed up and crowded and there were no cops around… so it’s not inconsiderate and selfish… and against the law right?

Regardless of whether the lot was empty, the driver of the vehicle has no regards for law and order. The law is the law, except in Fullerton.
