Speculation Monday!
The image below is a cop sketch of a perv who attacked a woman near FJC in October. He was said to be in his mid to late 20s.
Here’s a picture of 39-year old Jose Capacete, a Harvard, er, Fullerton Police Academy grad who was recently arrested as a serial rapist suspect.
The link is that Capacete, who preyed on women up and down Harbor Boulevard, would certainly be familiar with the nearby FJC environs.
Capacete is obviously an older dude with a receding hairline. Still, the basic face shape and the setting of the eyes is very close indeed. And it was dark, right?
We already have more on this guy than the FPD had on Veth Mam.

I don’t know. He’s shown more detective ability than the loose screws that came up with bogus evidence against Veth Mam and Eduardo Martinez.

it does seem that these freeks that seek out power by wanting to become cops, also seem to have other pathalogical cgaricter traits, ie rapists, bullies , liars, thieves, etc etc etc…
chikanon, someone in the community has to be responsible to keep the peace and carry out justice. Without peace keepers who would reign in the A-holes?

Unfortunately they are not just reigning in the A-holes, they are reigning in whoever they want and making up their own rules.
Anyone who doesn’t say the right thing to them and kiss their ring, films them, walks into a resturant that they are congregating in front of, scratches their leg or if they just don’t like that person for whatever reason, is subject to arrest with multiple phony charges and beatdown.

It is more about writing revenue producing tickets and arresting innocent people (Mam) than it is about keeping the peace. With the help of the police and prison guards unions Brown the Clown has just released thousands of A-holes on the streets. Sounds like the peace keepers are just perpetuating a job for themselves and using the rest of us to create revenue for their political masters.

Bullying is epidemic in our City Councilman that we’re trying to recall, (e.g. socially trying to isolate Tony Bushala as a troublemaker for standing up to the bullies) and will require that this behavior be addressed by each and every one of residents on a daily basis whenever we see it permeate from anyone within our municipal government, which would also include Principals and Teachers.
